You will tap gentle yet firm taps on the below points & 5-7 taps on each point and in order:

Karate Chop Point - using two fingers

Eye Brows - using two fingers - tap on one side or both

Side of the Eyes - using two fingers - tap on one side or both

Under the Eyes - using two fingers - tap on one side or both

Under the Nose - using two fingers

Under the Mouth - using two fingers

On the Collar Bone - using two fingers - tap on both sides

Under Either Arms - using two or all fingers

Crown of Your Head - using two or all fingers
